Most Drupal structures has a "description" field of some sort where you can explain what something is.
If you are using a ticket system, include the ticket number in the description of the view, panel, or node revision so you know why something was done and approximately when.
It is really easy to just build stuff out quickly in Drupal and not take the time to fill out the description field. For the sake of your future-self's sanity, write in a ticket number, what you did, and why.

I bought a bottle of Absolut Boston today. Half because of the name and half because when I read "Tea and Elderflower Vodka" I decided I had to try some.
It is really good good. I had some, at the suggestion of the tag on the bottle, split with ginger ale and a little bit of lime. It was delicious.
Know that I have really bad luck with limited edition items, I decided to see if Absolut Boston was even still a thing.
Turns out Absolut is still selling "Tea and Elderflower Vodka," but it's now called "Absolute Tea."
I hope they keep selling it.

We're moving to Boston next month because my husband got a really good job up there. My company is graciously letting become a remote employee, yay
The good houses are going on and off the market pretty quickly. Its been an adventure so far putting down offers and trying to not be out bid. We're down to our last house. If we don't get this one, we'll have to go up for another round of showings.
As you can imagine, the motorcycle has been postponed. We're using our savings for the new house's downpayment. I'm thinking mid-summer we'll get me a bike. I will ride, darn it!

I want Skype to take Open webOS and make a wifi-only VOIP phone. No contracts, just your Skype account.
Edit: Mike points out that they are owned by Microsoft. I need to start a VOIP company, I guess, lol.
Edit: Josh showed me Republic Wireless, whose devices run on wifi first and cell networks second. That's getting closer.

I really thought I was going to end up getting a scooter but it turns out the one I wanted doesn't fit. As in, the seat is too high. I'm 5' 1.5" with no shoes on.
I went to the Honda dealership to sit on the Rebel because that's the default starting motorcycle. I'll be taught on one of those most likely. The seat height was okay as I could put the balls of both of my feet down.
